CoursePark.com (the "Site") is an online course library that enables members to create training areas (the "Learning Networks" and formerly known as "Training Areas") in order to create, publish, distribute, sell and administer courses, host discussions and manage training programs. The Site is owned and operated by Blue Drop Inc. ("the Company"), trading as Bluedrop Performance Learning.

What Personal Information Does CoursePark Collect From You?
In order to operate the Site and provide you with information on products and services that may be of interest to you, we may require registration and the selection of a username (email address) and password. In order to open and manage a "Learning Network" within CoursePark, we may require additional contact information such as full name, mailing address, postal code, phone number and/or additional email addresses. Bluedrop does not collect or store any financial information (i.e. credit card numbers). All financial transactions (such as monthly subscription fees or course purchases) are handled exclusively through the online PayPal service. The CoursePark Site may contain public forms and forums where feedback and other comments can be reported directly to CoursePark (the "CoursePark Forums"). Information that is voluntarily submitted to the CoursePark Forums is used to improve the Site's services. The Company reserves the right to utilize this information for marketing purposes, for instance by displaying selected comments on the Site or in other communications. If the Company chooses to display a user-submitted comment it will either display it anonymously, stripping away all personally identifiable information, or request permission directly from you before displaying any such personally identifiable information.
What Personal Information Do Other CoursePark USERS Collect From You?
CoursePark provides members with the capability of establishing public or private Learning Networks (the "Learning Networks"). The process of joining a public or private Learning Network may require you to complete a form requesting additional personal information. Provision of this information is voluntary. However, you may not be able to join a Learning Network if required data fields are not completed and submitted. This data is collected and used for the purposes of the Learning Network owner. While CoursePark will not use any of this additional personal information for its own purposes, we do not assume responsibility for how the Learning Network owner may use the information you have provided. Learning Networks may also include Learning Network Discussion Forums (the "Learning Network Discussion Forums"). Information that is voluntarily submitted to a Learning Network Discussion Forum is viewable by other members of that Learning Network. CoursePark will not use any of this data for its own purposes. CoursePark assumes no responsibility for how the Learning Network owner (or members) use the information you have provided.
How We Use Information We Collect
Send Personal Notifications The Site may periodically send you email notifications related to your activity (or the activity of others) on the Site. In the future, you may be able to adjust the level/types of notifications sent to your primary email account.
Pay out Sales Revenues If you are an owner of a CoursePark Learning Network (in good standing) and selling courses, CoursePark will use your personal information to transfer sales revenues into your PayPal account.
Target Marketing and Promotions CoursePark may at its discretion use viewing history, purchasing history, web page visits, search history and other site interactions to further personalize your Site experience.
If you wish to modify or delete any personal information you submitted to CoursePark, you may do so by either modifying your profile or contacting us at email@example.com. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete all such information within fifteen working days from the date of the receipt of your request. Please note that it may be impossible to delete a user's entry without some residual information remaining in our system due to the presence of CoursePark maintained backups and records of deletions. CoursePark reserves the right not to delete information in order to comply with applicable local laws or regulations.
