Emad is CoursePark's President. In 1992 he co-founded Bluedrop Performance Learning as a young engineering student and has since become recognized as one of North America's pioneers and thought leaders in e-Learning, entrepreneurship and corporate leadership. His vision, inspirational leadership style and keen business acumen have never gone unnoticed - Emad has been honoured as one of the youngest people ever to earn Canada's "Top 40 under 40" and is a published author and been featured in numerous national media . He has authored several chapters in Aspatore Publishing's acclaimed "Behind the Minds" Book Series for Executives, and has contributed regular columns on technology for the Journal of Healthcare Management. In 2000, he was featured in a TIME Magazine cover story that highlighted a handful of “young dynamic entrepreneurs who will create the 21st Century.
Emad is an active member of many national committees, has chaired several Not-for-Profit Boards and sits on a Federal task force with the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade. He is a highly sought speaker in conferences throughout North America and Europe. Emad holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Memorial University.
Stephen is CoursePark's Chief Architect. He leverages his many years of e-Learning expertise and technical background to drive CoursePark's product and solution strategy. Under his technical guidance CoursePark has grown from an idea on the back of a napkin to the world's first Learning Management Network. He has shaped the learning vision at Bluedrop for over 12 years. Prior to that Stephen worked in several new media firms and in the area of international development.
Stephen holds a certificate in Designing Learning for New Media from St. Francis Xavier University; a Masters in Science and Technology Studies from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York; and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Memorial University.
Gail is CoursePark's Director of Business Alliances and Marketing. In this role she is responsible for driving CoursePark's channel and partner strategy as well as running the CoursePark's marketing organization. In addition, she is the Product Management Leader for CoursePark. As a seasoned entrepreneur and successful business owner, Gail has spent the last number of years in executive management roles, including managing client bases ranging from Australia to Eastern/Western Europe to Asia to North America. She is recognized for strong business development skills, negotiation skills and an innovative vision. Gail has spoken at several international events in past years.
In addition, Gail has served in many senior volunteer positions in her community and has chaired many committees through the years. She has a degree in Early Childhood Education and attended Memorial.
Eric is CoursePark's Manager of Business Solutions. In this role he is responsible for growing CoursePark's user base as well as managing its customer support organization. Eric has experience developing global business in both large enterprises and small companies and is recognized for his ability to provide selfless, innovative and inspirational leadership focused on solving customers- business needs through strong interpersonal, communications, project management and relationship building skills. He was involved in product management before joining CoursePark for a large communications multinational.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Computer Systems Engineering degree from Carleton University and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
