Any project requires good communication to manage day-to-day activities and ensure success of the project--project managers need to understand what a communications model is and how it helps promote success and resolve differences. Finally they will identify how the inputs to managing stakeholders are used select examples of tools and techniques for managing stakeholders use an appropriate communications method to communicate and resolve issues with stakeholders in a given scenario and match outputs of managing stakeholders with examples. This course provides a foundational knowledge base reflecting the most up-to-date project management information so learners can effectively put principles to work at their own organizations. This course will assist in preparing the learner for the PMBOK® certification exam.
