Session 4: Staying Well with Hope, Gratitude, Curiosity, Zest and Love
In our work, we do what we can to keep a client and a family caregiver well. What about keeping ourselves well? In this program, we’ll look at the five traits of well-being, as described in Positive Psychology: Hope, Gratitude, Curiosity, Zest and Capacity to Love and Be Loved. During the program, you’ll create an action list to help you incorporate each trait in your work and in your life.
