Contact Hours: 1.6 Course Description: This module includes a brief overview of various styles of leadership and decision-making and how these styles are applicable in today’s nursing environment. Course Objectives:Recognize and describe four distinct leadership styles
Recognize and describe five styles of decision-making
Describe the values and drawbacks of each leadership style relative to various situations This continuing nursing education activity was approved by the PA State Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. DISCLOSURES Criteria for successful completion includes a passing score of 70% on the post-test offered at the end of this course.
